Foresight Development (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated on 7 April 2009. Its Founder Mr. Chua Choon Chye, Vincent later changed the name to Foresight Consulting & Training Pte in October 2017 to focus on consulting and training business after having gained years of experience and track records in provide consulting and training services in management systems.
Vincent was a SPRING Approved Consultant under the Innovation Capability Voucher (ICV) scheme which provide grant for SME companies to establish ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS /SS 506 management systems since 2012. He is also a certified Practising Consultant by PMC Certification Pte Ltd as well as a Certified Productivity Consultant under the Japan Productivity Center and Singapore Productivity Centre.
Vincent was attached to Goleman Consulting (International) Pte Ltd when the company was Approved by SPRING as Service Provider Company for ICV. After SPRING ceased to provide ICV grant at the end of 2018, Vincent focus attention on his own company interest. Later in April 2019 Andrew Soh from Goleman joined him after the company’s closure, a decision by its majority shareholder and with the passing on of the Founder after being in business for 20 years. Andrew brought with him 20 years of consulting experience to supplement Foresight Consulting & Training expertise in the area. Andrew was also a SPRING ICV Approved Provider and has individually helped 150 companies secured grant up $750,000 to establish ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/SS506 Part 1 management systems and attaining certification since the launching of the grant in 2012. He has also previously assisted SME in using LETAS (Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme) grant in the late nineties and early 2000. In Goleman, Andrew spearhead the ICV Grant enabling a total of 4 consultants and the company approved under the scheme. In total, the company secured grant for more than 300 companies with total grant of over $1.5 million.
Besides Vincent and Andrew, Foresight Consulting & Training currently have 4 other experienced consultants all of them held senior management positions in reputable companies locally and oversea. Our Consultants are qualified WSH Officer and has provided OH&S management systems consulting services to various SME and multinationals.
Our consultants are all highly professional bringing with them many years of industrial and consulting experience. With these experiences they are able to interpret and provide consulting service from a certification body perspective. Hence, they provide effective and practical solution efficiently and fruitfully.
